What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Body impressions greater than 1.5 inches
- Structural defects in coils or foam
What's Not Covered
- Cover fabric and handles
- Normal wear and comfort preferences
- Damage from improper support or misuse
Requirements for Warranty Claims
- 1.Original purchase receipt is required
- 2.Mattress must be clean and unstained
- 3.Proper foundation with center support must be used
- 4.Law tag must be attached for identification
- 5.Transportation costs are customer responsibility
- 6.Repair or replacement at Dutch Craft's discretion
Mattress Care
Proper care will extend the life of your mattress and keep it comfortable for years to come.
Do's
- •Rotate regularly — Every 3-6 months to ensure even wear
- •Use proper support — A quality foundation or platform bed
- •Use a mattress protector — Protects against spills and stains
- •Keep the law tag — Required for warranty identification
- •Allow to breathe — Use breathable bedding materials
- •Spot clean when needed — Use mild soap and water
Don'ts
- •Don't bend or fold — Can damage internal structure
- •Don't jump on the mattress — Causes premature wear
- •Don't use without support — Floor use voids warranty
- •Don't remove the law tag — Needed for warranty claims
- •Don't soak or steam clean — Moisture damages materials
- •Don't use improper foundations — Ensure center support for queen+
